Treating our customers as we like to be treated

So what does that mean in practical terms? Here are some traits we like in other people or businesses and how we do likewise.

They know their stuff

When we shop, we like to find salespeople who know their products and services. They answer our questions, and if we ask something they don’t know, they’ll research it and get back to us.

At Creativity On we know our product line and can assist you in making selections based on your needs. We also assist you in embroidery and printing techniques to help you decide what’s best for you. If we don’t have a ready answer for you, we’ll research it.

Determine what we need

We like salespeople who don’t try to sell us what we don’t need just because it benefits them in short term profit. They listen to what we need and work to supply that. They give us viable options if we are choosing between items or services.

We don’t try to sell people more than they want or need. We give options on price and quality and let you choose without any pressure. We may also offer alternatives that may not have occurred to you.


We love product and service providers who do what they say they are going to do. They meet their deadlines or give us plenty of warning if there are delays or issues to address. They don’t make promises they can’t keep. They have integrity.

At Creativity On, we are very sensitive to customer deadlines. We don’t overbook ourselves or provide too optimistic of an estimate for when the job will get done. We advise every customer of our current workload and set realistic expectations. Often we can handle rush orders, but not always. We always have ultimate integrity in our work.

High quality workmanship

If it’s a service, the company we work with performs the work with high quality.

We always say that when you look good, we look good. Each embroidered or printed garment or accessory we produce is our business card. Our work speaks for itself. When people ask you where you got that piece done, we look forward to you’re being so pleased you’ll happily recommend Creativity On!

Strong communication skills

The service providers we like communicate well during the process, particularly if the job involves accomplishing tasks in stages. We don’t have to guess or chase them down.

We’re very big on keeping our customers informed of the progress of their order. We’ll call or email to keep you notified. We also check in for final approval before doing work on the garments you bought. This kind of attentive communication, we have discovered, is uncommonly good.

A little heart with business

We like working with people and businesses who give off the feeling that it’s more than just a business and they are not just robots doing a job. They care about what they do, and it shows.
