As we speak the embroidery machines are whirring on this great design for the Wright Elementary Falcons. The graphic measures 8-1/2″ by 8″ which is quite large by embroidery standards and makes for a very impressive shirt!

This particular order is a mixture of adult sizes and youth sizes. That results in three logo sizes —8″, 7″, and 6″ square surfaces. Rather than assuming that one size logo fits all as some companies would, we take extra care to make sure that there is a consistent look across the range of shirt sizes.

Puff stitching is suitable for anything that is not laundered, such as hats, backpacks, duffel bags, etc. This is because puff stitching does not stand up well to machine dryers.

Puff stitching works best with large rounded letters or art work, which gives a cleaner design and a pleasing look. Since not all logos are suitable for this type of stitching, we would be happy to look at your logo and advise you. See more about puff stitch here.

There are no per color charges. Your graphic can have as many colors in it as you wish.

There are no set-up fees! (If you order screen printing, by comparison, there is usually a set-up fee for each color you use, and of course you are limited to the amount of colors in your graphic.)

EXTRA CHARGES

Photo t-shirts (where you include a full-color photo) are $1 extra to cover the costs of the extra ink.

Sizes XXL and above will incur extra charges.

Colored shirts are also $1 extra. Keep in mind that DTG ink does not opaque; rather, it blends with the shirt color. This has design consequences we’ll discuss with you on a case by case basis.

We’re giving you a month’s notice so that you can get any of those pet projects printed that you’ve been toying with in your creative imagination.

Through the end of August you can still get individual t-shirts printed from your Photoshop or Illustrator files (or files that can be read by those programs.) This includes shirts with photos printed on them or any artwork that meets our technical guidelines. Printing is on white or light colors not requiring opaque ink. Prices for individual shirts start at just $20.

We hope that by going wholesale only we can offer more attractive pricing for people and groups who meet our minimums. This is intended primarily for fund-raising, schools, churches, clubs, teams, seminar leaders, and others who would like a great source for shirts printed using this full-color print technology.

These days with modern technology t-shirt designs can be composed from a variety of digital media. Drawings and photos can be scanned. Images that are already digital can be turned into vector art and then printed onto shirts. Items you may already have on your computer can be used to create personally meaningful designs.

There are also zillions of fonts available (many are free) to give your t-shirt graphic a unique look. This includes a huge variety of fonts that look like handwriting, grunge and graffiti, retro, script, and much more.

Our direct-to-garment printer gives us the ability to print t-shirts in full color including multi-color gradient blends and photographs, something that traditional screen printing cannot do.

Shirts can be printed from your Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files (or files that can be opened in those software programs.) We can also create graphics for you for a small art charge.
