Embroidered shirts for school and church groups

This particular order is a mixture of adult sizes and youth sizes. That results in three logo sizes —8″, 7″, and 6″ square surfaces. Rather than assuming that one size logo fits all as some companies would, we take extra care to make sure that there is a consistent look across the range of shirt sizes.

Puff stitch embroidery for hats

Puff stitching is suitable for anything that is not laundered, such as hats, backpacks, duffel bags, etc. This is because puff stitching does not stand up well to machine dryers.

Puff stitching works best with large rounded letters or art work, which gives a cleaner design and a pleasing look. Since not all logos are suitable for this type of stitching, we would be happy to look at your logo and advise you. See more about puff stitch here.

Reward your employees and build your team

South Seattle Sales Team One secret of success in small business is employee loyalty. When your employees are onboard with the business, they will be working for the success of that business.

Employee loyalty is not a given. People may be grateful that they have a job and are earning a living, but that alone does not inspire high morale. Other things do that. Employees do best when they feel as if they are part of a team. A family feeling helps unite them around the cause, especially when they feel appreciated for the hard work they do.

One way some of our business clients boost team spirit is to reward their employees with stylish personalized garments such as an embroidered jacket or polo shirt.  Personalization could include a name, company logo, and perhaps a message or slogan that could be related to an award.

For example, one company we do embroidery for rewards successful sales teams with embroidered jackets lauding that they achieved a sales goal. Recognition goes a long way in inspiring repeat performances later on. The article of clothing is a constant reminder of good work rendered.

Treating our customers as we like to be treated

So what does that mean in practical terms? Here are some traits we like in other people or businesses and how we do likewise.

They know their stuff

When we shop, we like to find salespeople who know their products and services. They answer our questions, and if we ask something they don’t know, they’ll research it and get back to us.

At Creativity On we know our product line and can assist you in making selections based on your needs. We also assist you in embroidery and printing techniques to help you decide what’s best for you. If we don’t have a ready answer for you, we’ll research it.

Determine what we need

We like salespeople who don’t try to sell us what we don’t need just because it benefits them in short term profit. They listen to what we need and work to supply that. They give us viable options if we are choosing between items or services.

We don’t try to sell people more than they want or need. We give options on price and quality and let you choose without any pressure. We may also offer alternatives that may not have occurred to you.

Integrity

We love product and service providers who do what they say they are going to do. They meet their deadlines or give us plenty of warning if there are delays or issues to address. They don’t make promises they can’t keep. They have integrity.

At Creativity On, we are very sensitive to customer deadlines. We don’t overbook ourselves or provide too optimistic of an estimate for when the job will get done. We advise every customer of our current workload and set realistic expectations. Often we can handle rush orders, but not always. We always have ultimate integrity in our work.

High quality workmanship

If it’s a service, the company we work with performs the work with high quality.

Our pricing policy is to make you happy

Piggy bankWe work hard to keep our prices as low as possible without sacrificing quality. That’s why people who have done business with us for years keep coming back. They know that we’ll take care of them time after time with high quality and reasonable prices.

Our prices are usually lower than brick and mortar store prices and often better than Internet store prices. This is especially true once you reach the bottom line. Some online stores will lure customers in with prices that sound fabulous. Then when you go through the automated check-out routine, they pile on a bunch of extra fees. Suddenly you’re paying much more than you thought. When we give you a price quote, it’s for everything, no surprises to spoil your day.

We don’t advertise prices because there are so many variables in coming up with a quote, such as quantity desired, garment choice, supplier or brand, shipping, complexity and density of the art, etc. We are happy to give you a price quote when we know all the details of what you want.

We usually don’t have sales because we don’t stock inventory. Sometimes we’ll have specials we advertise on our website when our suppliers offer us a great deal where we can pass the savings along.

OUR BUSINESS MODEL

The business model we follow is saving money for our customers when we can. One way you can save money is to purchase garments through us. It’s often more expensive to purchase items elsewhere and bring them to us for embroidery or printing, even when you shop sales or discount stores. Ask us for a quote before you purchase the items somewhere else and let us show you how we can save you money.

Sometimes we can get you into a better quality garment for the same money you were planning to spend on something of lower quality. This is good news when the whole point of your printing or embroidery may be to have people wear your branding. T-shirts or caps do no good for promoting your cause if the quality is so poor they’re stuffed in a drawer or tossed into the garbage.

Personal service is both our strength and commitment. When you do business with us, expect to be treated fairly and personally. When you call, we’ll answer your questions and give you options. We won’t pressure you to place an order. We do business as we like to be treated when we are customers.
